Bishop Rosemary Lands holds a Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin; a Masters Degree in Social Work, Clark Atlanta University, Atlanta, Georgia.


Bishop  Lands is a trained Family Counselor, individual counseling, domestic violence, and human resource. She has extensive work in the non-profit field; Internship in graduate school with United Way of Metro Atlanta and worked for several years with United Way and Big Brothers and Big Sisters. She is trained in volunteer recruitment, training and management, fundraising, board development, and mentorship.

Overseer Demetrice Weeden is a native of St. Louis, Missouri. She is a Licensed Cosmetologist, LaPlant Beauty School, 1983.


She accepted her call to the gospel ministry in 1998. She was licensed in 2005, by the Greater Bethlehem Baptist 

Church (GBBC), St. Louis, Missouri, by Reverend Paul C. Robinson, Sr, and the licensing council. She served for 40 

years as one of the GBBC Mass Choir Directors. She founded the GBBC Intercessory Prayer ministry in 2017.


Overseer Weeden was appointed Overseer within the Family Life International Fellowship on January 1, 2023.

When she is not caring for her loving husband of 28 years, Bishop Anthony K. Wright, and their six younger children at home, she can be found scouring for Houston’s most delicious cupcake, taking high-energy jam sessions fueled by 90’s hip-hop, and looking for a location to take another solo vacation.

Dr. McClanahan received his B. A. from Kentucky Wesleyan College and his Master of Divinity from Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary.  


He has traveled extensively thoughout the U.S., the West Indies, and South America. Dr. McClanahan has sought to discover what has given meaning and purpose to people's lives regardless of their circumstance.  He has served as a Family Counselor, Program Director for alcohol/drug treatment program, Pastor, church planter and regularly conducts seminars on functional and dysfunctional families and relationships.

Bishop Lands is the Organizing Overseer and Leader of Family Life MBC, Jonesboro, Georgia. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and; a Master of Urban Ministry, from the Urban Seminary of Atlanta. Member of the House of Bishops, of the Evangelical Episcopal Communion.

He has been married to Rev. Rosemary Lands, for 41 years. She serves as the Assistant Pastor. She was consecrated as a bishop in the Family Life International Fellowship, Inc. in 2013.

Bishop Land's vision is to produce godly families God's way through the reaching, teaching, and preaching God's Word.

He currently serves as the Presiding Prelate of the African Episcopal Church, the President of Metropolitan Christian University, and the Metropolitan Archbishop of the Archdiocese of the River Valley.

He is the Co-Founder and President-Chief Executive Officer of the International Conference of Bishops Inc. He is the Co-Chair of the Pastors Across Texas Coalition. He is the CEO of the Family Life International Bible Institute.


He Pastors and supports Bishops and Pastors in the USA, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Kenya, South Africa, Pakistan, India, Haiti, and the UK.
